When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. uo8 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

All account balances on the uo8 Platform are held and displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). uo8 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, FPX bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and others), USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
Deposits are credited to your account balance following confirmation from the relevant payment processor. uo8 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, bank processing windows, or network outages.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a product-specific rule, the product-specific rule shall prevail in relation to that product.

Settled bets that are later found to have been placed in breach of these Terms may be reversed. In-play betting markets are offered where available and are subject to real-time suspension. uo8 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any betting market.
uo8 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and accumulator boosts. All promotions are subject to specific bonus terms published at the time of the promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods.
uo8 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has opted in but before the requirements are met, uo8 will honour any wagering activity already completed under the promotion at the time of withdrawal.
Abuse of promotional offers — including the use of multiple accounts, structured deposits designed to exploit bonus terms, or coordinated bonus harvesting — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds, account suspension, and recovery of any associated winnings.
You agree that you will not engage in any of the following activities while using the uo8 Platform:
uo8 employs real-time monitoring and risk management systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, uo8 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the affected account(s), void related bets and winnings, and report the matter to relevant authorities.
All content, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, and materials on the uo8 Platform are the intellectual property of uo8 or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any uo8 content without prior written consent from uo8. Unauthorised use of uo8 intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uo8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of winnings resulting from technical failures beyond uo8's reasonable control.
uo8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your uo8 account in the 12 months preceding the claim.
uo8 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
uo8 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering and using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
uo8 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory bodies as required by law or these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority regulations and the laws under which uo8 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through uo8's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures specified by the relevant licensing authority.
